Beautiful Kitchens & Bathrooms warrants products for the life of the product against defects in material and workmanship.
Beautiful Kitchens & Bathrooms warrants that the surface will be free from cracking under normal use and when cared for under the guidelines set forth by Beautiful Kitchens & Bathrooms. These guidelines expressly prohibit the use of any abrasive cleansers and damage resulting from their use and any such use would therefore not be covered under the terms of this warranty.
Since any fixture, including a new one, can be chipped or scratched by hard objects impacting the surface, we cannot warrant against this type of damage. In addition, the following items or conditions could damage the acrylic surface and therefore void this lifetime warranty: damage resulting from contact with dyes, paints, inks, certain cosmetics, or cleaning agents, abrasive pads, pigments, certain foods, paint remover, fingernail polish remover, solvents or other chemicals, cigarettes or other sources of extreme heat or damage resulting either directly from misuse or abuse, whether deliberate or unintentional. Improper installation, cutting, drilling or fastening into or onto wall systems, fading, yellowing, cracking where cut, peeling and chipping, are specifically not covered.
In the event of a failure of the acrylic surface under these terms, Beautiful Kitchens & Bathrooms reserves the right to partially repair, completely replace, or provide a full or partial material cost refund, whichever Beautiful Kitchens & Bathrooms deems appropriate in its discretion.
This warranty is in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied, and is, in fact, the only warranty in regard to wall surrounds offered by Beautiful Kitchens & Bathrooms. This warranty will be extended to systems which are installed utilizing only installation materials purchased from Beautiful Kitchens & Bathrooms and will be void if any other installation materials are used. In any event, Beautiful Kitchens & Bathrooms shall be responsible only for repairs or a refund not exceed the total amount originally paid for the wall system. Beautiful Kitchens & Bathrooms will in no way be liable for any losses, time, expenses, inconvenience, or incidental damage. This warranty does not cover installation and installation must be done by a Beautiful Kitchens & Bathrooms certified installer, or the warranty is voided. The installation warranty may be covered by the original installation company.
